Great service and accommodated me even though I was running a few minutes late for my appointment due to traffic.

New therapist completed threading and bikini waxing. She was "off" from the outset and I felt like an inconvenience. She didn't clean bikini wax off after treatment, I had to do this myself with baby wipes. I was also left with a red rash for 3 days.
