This review is about the short woman with straight hair tied back (Tuesday, June 2, 4pm), not Jigi. I’ve been to Charmis Beauty at least five times and usually have a great experience, but she seemed very untrained. She was on a call the entire appointment, blasting music, and spent only seconds on my brows and lip. She missed a noticeable amount of hair, didn’t apply gel properly, and tried to charge £11 instead of £10. After 5+ months of coming here, I will go elsewhere.
