I prepaid for my appointment. She told me that I would have to rebook my appointment, as I was only 10 minutes late to the appointment, but also said “yes just rebook when you’re ready no worries”. Then when I tried to rebook, she took my money and told me that I would have to pay again. Treatwell is in the process of refunding me for terrible service.

I had my first Hollywood wax with Jigi, and she was absolutely amazing. As it was my first time, I was quite nervous, but she was so patient, reassuring, and professional throughout the whole appointment. She made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, explaining everything as she went. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
