Always a welcome smile from Charmaine. Generally get a great service but theres been a few occasions when my colour has been patchy . Salon is sometimes untidy, hair on the floor and on brushes.
The only thing that disappointed was the time it took but considering I didn't book, I can't complain because the salon was busy and everyone got done. The atmosphere was really charged with great energy so We didn't mind at all. There was also a good service we could order from and very convenient small shops immediately next door. Also great for parking too.
Charmaine at Neffertiti was brilliant with understanding my hair and achieving the colour I described badly. The salon staff and vibe was on point. I will definitely be returning as a regular customer.
