Treatment was good but the welcome lacked warmth. Pedicure bowl was too small and uncomfortable, my husband had to sit sideways. He was left unacknowledged for 20 mins and not checked in for his treatment. Different staff handled him, and refreshments were offered late, making him feel like an afterthought. Though the treatment itself was 5-star, he said it felt like a walk-in service and wouldn’t return. This was pre scheduled as a treat for his birthday but didn't live up to the hype.
