I booked BIAB but was told less than 24hrs before app that i could only have acrylic. I agreed as i couldn't cancel through treatwell at this point and i had already paid £45! I arrived 5mins early only to wait 20 minutes after my app time to be seen and the process took forever. I was deducted 1hr pay from work for taking so long! The girl who did my nails was really nice and polite but in less than a week the nails have peeled off whilst i was washing my hair. I can't recommend sadly.
