I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and stayed there until 10 minutes after it was due to start. No one arrived at the desk and I've had no contact from Charm Spa about the seemingly forgotten appointment.

I was in Leeds on a work trip and decided to treat myself to some well-deserved me-time after work. Wow—what an incredible experience! I had the best Thai massage with a therapist named Fern. She worked absolute magic on my neck and shoulders.
As someone who struggles with serious knots and pain in that area, I was amazed at how much relief I felt after just one hour. Fern managed to release so much tension—I genuinely felt like a new person afterward. Thank you, Fern!
