I booked a Japanese straightening treatment in October but unfortunately the results were not as expected After washing my hair it became very dry&rough & it did not remain straight I Aldo noticeable hair fall after the treatment which was very concerning for meCharlie offered to correct the treatment but only on Wednesdays which are his days off I explained that due to my job commitments it is very difficult for me to take time off during the week & I asked only weekends no response from since

I was booked in with Charlie for a perm and cut - as I arrived I was late due to trying to find parking the staff were completely understanding and even helped direct me to the shop.
Charlie was very good at his job before he did the hair he made sure he got a understanding of what I wanted and even advised what he thought would be good in order for me to get the best out of my perm.
Very good experience. My hair was completely straight before these photos are after the perm
