I am so happy with my experience. My hairdresser was able to understand exactly what I wanted and did it beautifully. He found issues and he gave me great advice on how to deal with them. He was lovely and I really enjoyed the experience. I will quite likely go back if I ever visit Birmingham again.

I thought that everyone was really nice and made me feel comfortable. Charlie was very knowledgeable and really meticulous. As a result my hair feels like silk and its staying that way! Thank you so much!
