Is this a new life hack? Booked the salon as I was just on my way to a conference in Birmingham and in dire need of a haircut. I didn't know when booking that the salon was located in Chinatown, and there was a slight language barrier, but due to this, once I showed Amanda a photo of what I wanted I got a great haircut in blissful silence.

The staff were very friendly and very much of a conversationalist, so was Charlie. The hair wash, cut and blow dry was excellent. I would recommend anyone getting a haircut from here. 10/10

Returned to Charlie’s after 20 years of living away from Birmingham. Still as amazing as ever! Aminda cut my hair. Very professional and friendly. The head massage is so relaxing! Thank you for still keeping the standards I was used to years ago x
