Zainab was lovely, gentle on my hair as was Charlie but I had an issue with the other gentleman doing my hair as he kept pulling whilst blow drying to the point I was getting frustrated and upset, but was soon rectified.

I went there first to colour my hair, Eric did a great job especially when my previous hair colours were not consistent but he managed to even out the colours and made it look very consistent and beautiful. I went there again 3 weeks after for a blow dry and Eric as usual did a wonderful job! Not to mention how friendly everyone is! Thank you!
