This was my first visit after reading so many great reviews about Charlie, and he did not disappoint! He was incredibly professional and took the time to listen to my hair history, making sure he understood exactly what I wanted. He also provided excellent advice for my long-term hair journey. Even though it was a big change for me, I am thrilled with the result. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the entire team was professional, lovely,friendly, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back.
