Charlie was so professional, he knew how to handle my hair type and gave me a great blow dry. However even though this service says £35 for long hair, if you have very long hair like me they will ask you to pay an extra £10 when you are there, so £45 total for wash and blow dry. (fair enough as my hair took a long time to detangle). overpriced but is a nice salon!

I had a really nice wash and blow dry here, including an incredible head massage … the stylist took his time and did a thorough job even though it was closing time. I am just a visitor to Birmingham but would come back for this treatment next time I’m here.

Charlie took total care of my hair, gave me suggestions and was very friendly. He used professional products that are specific to my hair and also made a lot of comfortable conversation, very respectful guy! 10/10 for me.
