I had Japanese hair straightening treatment done and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My hair is very long and thick and Amanda spent nearly six hours working on it without taking a single break. She did an incredible job, carefully straightening every small section - it took her two hours just to straighten it alone - and even though her shoulders were hurting, she stayed so professional and dedicated throughout.
The salon itself is lovely and everyone there is so welcoming. I’ll definitely be back in around eight months or so for a root touch-up when it’s needed.

Had a great haircut with Charlie. Always worried if a stylist can do a good bob but he was lovely and haircut is perfect!

I had an amazing experience at this Chinatown salon with Charlie! The color turned out beautifully, and Charlie was incredibly attentive to my sensitive skin and scalp. I appreciated how careful they were, ensuring there was no discomfort or irritation. The result was fantastic, and I’m definitely coming back!
