Angela did a great job with my hair and was very friendly and professional. I have a sensitive scalp so she made sure that I had no discomfort during the treatment.

Horrendous service, asked for half head highlights and Angela completely messed them up. She would not style it as asked and left it curly, when I got home and styled it straight I realised why. She knew she hadn't blended it correctly. I rang her and she admitted this and apologised.
I asked for a full refund in which she agreed. It never came. I rang back and she hung up. I'm now going through my credit card company to recieve a full refund.
