Really disappointed. Lovely lady but haircut really basic considering the price and looking awful nearly a month later. I asked for multi layers but got just a few on the surface. I think stylist’s techniques are outdated. The salon was completely empty which should have been an indication considering it was a Friday.

Angela, the stylist was very friendly and assured me the treatment would work on my hair. I've had mixed experiences with Brazilian blow drys, so time will tell. Unfortunately, I was waiting for over 20 minutes past my appointment time.
