Do not prepay!
I booked for an eyebrow wax and paid on the app.
The building and instructions are not clear to find the building, so I called a head to ask if I was in the right place.
There was no answer.
I find the address but there was no sign of the salon at all! I asked other tenants in the building and they had never heard of it.
I rang the buzzer, no answer.
I call &text numerous times.
After waiting outside in the snow for 45 mins before leaving.
I think think this is a scam.

Still awaiting them to contact me about a refund after my appointment was cancelled with 20 mins before I was due to be there. Had a call from both the salon and Treatwell about rescheduling which I was not able to do. I have called again the salon with nobody seems to care that they took my money but I didn’t receive a massage. Ridiculous! I’m a therapist myself and client care should be the top of the priority. I will continue to call Treatwell until I get my refund. Simply unacceptable!
