Having booked elsewhere which they couldn't do, I booked here. Again had a phone call to say they couldn't do that time. We did agree a time but again should not have times on website booking page if not going to keep to them/ not available.
Was greeted with a shoutout from a room by only staff member there, and she did not leave the room whilst I got changed or at least even offer to.
The treatment I felt was not worth £50 as I had no hot stones during 2nd half lying on my back, that was why I booked and what I was paying for.
When I went to pay they didn't take cards,no mention if this when booking online, I had no cash. Had to walk to cash point and back in order to pay.
The place needs modernising and making a bit more inviting. I won't be going back as felt I paid for only half a treatment.

A very customer-oriented experience. Marie was very friendly and accommodating. The full leg wax was very quick, relatively painless (as painless as waxing can get!) and am very satisfied with the results and experience. I'll be coming back!
