People are lovely and Almas is great but I would avoid other therapists. I had an eyebrow wax and tint - I had booked with Almas but another therapist started the treatment. It felt painful at the time but I didn't say anything as I wasn't shown the result in the close mirror and I know waxing isn't pain-free. However as I drove home I was getting redder and redder and could see large chunks of my skin had been taken off. Its VERY painful and I'm now having to cover up with make up each day.
