The haircut itself was good, but I was made to feel like I had chosen the wrong thing on Treatwell because I have thick hair. The lady had said there were terms and conditions about thick hair and that it cost more however I had a look on the treatwell salon page and it doesn’t say anything. So v confused. She also ripped my earring out and didn’t apologise and also dried my hair with a paper towel. I’ve not experienced that before 🌝
