Worst experience of my life. Rude staff. Had a go at me for having thick hair as if it was a problem and something i should apologise for. A rushed job. Scraped my scalp whilst brushing way too hard, pulled my hair, soaked me and my clothes whilst washing. Matted my hair whilst washing. Didn't listen to me when I didn't want something. Asked if I wanted my hair thinned and I said no and she couldn't accept it. Burnt my scalp AND hair. Didn't use heat protector. I was so uncomfortable.

Vee was lovely. I made sure to come in before my appointment to make sure everything was ok. My hair took ages to do, but Vee was very professional and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable and kept me hydrated with Prosecco and coffee 🫶
