Unfortunately I can't rate highly as my appointment was cancelled 20 mins in advance. The lady was very polite and appologetic and said nobody was avalible to do my treatment. She said she would call me back later that day to rebook it for me but I never heard back. Was really looking forward to having a treatment here and am really disappointed that nobody called me :(
