My only complaint was that I didn't receive a full body, she focused solely on my back, which was fine, I enjoyed it, but not exactly what I had booked in for.
Other than that everything was great. The facial was wonderful

Even though I said I did not want anything taken of the length she started filing with a COURSE file, back and forth! She did not ask what shape I wanted so ended up with round instead of square nails which I hate. She chatted so much that she did not notice the nail lamp kept switching of and I had to remind her.
I will never go back there again, I’d rather pay a bit more for good service
