Took a very long time compared to other salons and limited colour selection (I also had to remove shellac but it was almost 2 hours in total and they didn’t finish the manicure as I had to leave). The pedicure wasn’t fully dry when put in the drying machine, so a few nails have a ripple texture I noticed when I got home.

Fantastic treatment and service from Nichola. She was attentive and nothing was too much trouble for her. Also made me a lovely herbal tea!
