As I'm new enough to the area I wasn't sure about where to go for waxing treatments but once I saw all the great reviews for this venue I had to try it and I was not disappointed. From the very start Swaran welcomed me with a smile and I instantly felt at ease. So happy with my treatments and the venue itself is lovely and really easy to find. My search for a good waxing place is over! I'll definitely become a regular here! :)

The place looked nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. The application (I went in for an eyelash extension) was quick and effective, but I was a bit disappointed to find out that the lashes were only going to last for a week (or less as it turned out). Still recommended for a night out, as a slightly more expensive alternative to fake lashes.

All in all a good 1 hour deep tissue massage.
The parlour was running around 20 minutes late, so I didn't get seen for quite a while, wasn't that big a deal as I was happy to wait.
I would have liked the attending masseseuse to have asked me if I had any particular areas of concern, as she didn't ask I mentioned a particular area I'd like her to concentrate on, she didn't do this however which was disappointing.
Despite these grumbles, the quality of the massage was good.

This is the second time I've been to Chantelle and Lewis after moving south of the river and I travelled all the way north because it's the best! Swaran is fab, so lovely and puts you at ease. I'll be rebooking in Jan!

I enjoyed the massage, but the music player needs fixing as it kept skipping and glitching, which was very disruptive.
Also, they somehow got bookings muddled up and had to ask me about it in the middle of the massage.
