Wax itself was really good.
Reception on entering the salon was in polite and unprofessional. I was told my therapist was running late (would have preferred a pre warning text as there is nothing you can really do once you have arrived).
However Chantelle stepped in as my therapist did not turn up and I was really pleased with her service. She was really friendly and saw me on time between her other appointment she was in to avoid me being seen late.

I was surprised by just how many inches I lost with the UWC. Just what I needed to make me feel 100% before my wedding day! I was a new visitor to this salon for the UWC but will most definitely be back, even though it is not close to either my work (Cannon Street) or home (West Harrow).
