Overall the visit was good but when I arrived the front door was locked despite it being the time of my appointment so I was left outside for a bit. It was also difficult to communicate what I wanted out of my treatment to the beautician as she struggled a bit with English. However she was very friendly and the good intentions were there.

Overall a great massage however I was a bit disappointed as I’d paid for a 45 minute massage but I had to wait 10 minutes to go into the room then by the time the massage actually started it was only 30 minutes - I was expecting for it to just carry on even though they started late! If I wanted a 30 minute massage I would have paid/booked for that!
