I just feel like what is the point of being on the Treatwell app if you’re double booking appointments? It doesn’t make sense. It’s a pretty horrible feeling being turned away when you’ve rearranged your schedule, paid for parking, rushed to the place... it’s so annoying. Waste of time, petrol, money, energy. Obviously it’s easy to complain so I put myself in the owners shoes and realised had it been me, I would have had a look at my bookings first thing this morning and tried to get a hold of the customer to let them know they had been double booked and offer an alternative. Those are the actions I would have taken. So based on that I feel the situation was dealt with in a careless manner and this attitude speaks volumes about the calibre of people running this establishment. Poor effort. Just lacklustre. Blah.

A very bad experience - the therapist was clearly very inexperienced and needed guidance on how to get to those hard to reach areas. She seemed nervous to remove the wax and therefore had to redo areas a number of times causing severe irritation to the skin. The fault is with the owner for allowing a non experienced therapist to carry out these treatments. Will be contacting them directly to discuss.
