Overall experience was not great. Seat was covered in cut hair, someone cleaned when i asked but used a brush that still had hair on it, ended up cleaning it myself. Hair everywhere, including on counters and skirting boards. Jess was lovely but really disappointed with the cut. At the time it looked ok as it was dried with big bouncy curls, but when styled it straight at home, the cut looks awful, one side noticeably longer than other and chunks cut into it, rather than soft layers. Needs fix
