Was a lovely venue. Warm, welcoming and cosy feeling after stepping in out of the rain! Staff were friendly and genuine and the treatment itself I couldn’t fault.

Treatment was really nice and Kathryn was friendly. Once you go beyond the front shop area, the place looked a bit tired and disheveled which surprised me for a Champneys (waiting area and treatment room downstairs, and nail area and bathroom upstairs). I’d never been to a Champneys but expected it to be an exemplary spa given how well known it is, so was a bit surprised. But again, the treatment itself was nice.

I had a phone call from the salon as they couldn't do the time I had booked on treatwell, which was a shame. However, when I went to my revised appointment I was very impressed with the salon and facilities. Kelly was lovely therapist, so friendly and welcoming. She put me completely at ease and did a very good job of my waxing. I will definitely go back.
