Booking was difficult but the massage was good. Couldn’t have second massage due to booking.

Champneys let me pay for my treatment and book it in, then emailed me later to say they didn’t have that time available. I’m still trying to get my money back from them. Very disappointing.

Great express manicure but they had no record of my pedicure booking so I only got 1 out of my 2 treatments which was a shame
