Waxing- quick, efficient and the right temperature. No rashes afterwards and relatively pain free, so great. Pedi- lovely relaxing service. Wonderful massage chairs. Warm lavender wrap offered for neck. Much nicer than the feet in a washing up bowl option I've had elsewhere!! Facial- late in the day and the therapist was probably tired- she was yawning quite a bit which I found off putting. She was not that familiar with the procedure for this facial so time taken between each step (I'm assuming to read labels etc) My previous therapist who no longer works here was very slick and I always felt confident in her care. I just didn't feel the same with this one, which was a shame.

Very friendly welcome from staff. Was offered refreshments on arrival. Whole place smelt gorgeous. Lovely beautician!! Very very pleased with my eyelash tint! Wasnt pushed to buy products when i left either so a very relaxing experience.

My daughter and I had a luxury manicure at the Enfield Champneys and it was a really relaxing and pleasurable experience. The therapists were efficient, friendly and our nail polish is still immaculate some two weeks on. I was so surprised to read the negative comments - felt I had to write about our experience which was 100% positive.
