Building work was happening on the ground floor, so the entrance is via a side door through a dusty, noisy corridor and then straight up to the first floor treatment rooms. I was warned about the building work before I arrived.
The therapists I passed in the corridor were friendly and my therapist was professional. The calous peel was fantastic at removing hard skin but the pedicure wasn't as good. The polish on my big toes is so thick that I can dent it with my fingernail (2 days later - so it should be dry). The polish is on my cuticles on most toes and the cuticle on one toe has been bleeding where the therapist used metal nippers.

Very relaxing experience. The senior therapist I had was very knowledgable and offered skincare and nailcare advice that I could follow at home in addition to a very nice treatment experience.
