Lovely salon, felt like a treat, lovely staff, discount on products in store after a treatment..
The only issue was we booked a 10am appointment at 8.50am, at 9.20 they called to say they couldn't do that appointment and it would need to be 9.30am - exactly when I picked up the voice mail. Team were great so this must just be a booking / system error.
