It’s taken me a while to do this review as I hate leaving bad ones. The experience I had was well below expectations. The therapist was 15 minutes late, I had booked a deep tissue massage for 55 mins and paid £72 for the privilege. I was in the room by 10.20am and out and dressed by 11am (40 minutes). The massage itself was light, nowhere near firm enough and I wasn’t given the opportunity to say I would like it firmer. I’ve now heard from a few friends who are regulars at Champneys that they’ve had similar experiences and the therapists are always late or cut treatments short.
Lovely therapist, could do with being more thorough in some places
