The service was on time and I was welcomed after a short wait in a que in the shop. The treatment room was clean and well prepared. The lady who did my treatment was friendly. The wrong treatment had been written down, but this was not a problem and the correct treatments were completed. I was a little disappointed that a few hairs remained from my underarm wax, even though she did get the tweezers out, so felt a little longer time spent on that was needed.
Emma was very attentive and friendly. Very happy with the service. Thank you!
