2 hours for a 40 min treatment which wasn’t deluxe just standard and therapist sadly not experienced enough so resulted in a mediocre manicure . Not good standard at all.

Very friendly reception on arrival.
I asked the therapist to concentrate on a particularly troublesome area of my back as I have sciatica and she was considerate, asking if the pressure was adequate and for a someone of a slightly built frame, she had fingers of steel! Just what I needed!

Although the building is somewhat dated, the staff are lovely and all areas very clean.

The wax was done with such care and consideration. Really made me feel at ease and the result was excellent! Can’t wait to come back next time!
