Disappointed with my haircut. I communicated clearly for just the split ends off and to keep my length, with some long layers. We agreed on the amount to be removed, but much more was cut off than discussed. My hair was also heavily thinned with thinning scissors, which I did not ask for. I naturally have thick hair, but so much density has been removed that it looks straggly and thin at the ends. Seemed to go crazy with the scissors once started and didn’t take care to maintain any growth
