I left the appointment and immediately burst into tears. My hair is shorter than I expected but that isn’t the main issue, I have been left with layers that look akin to a mullet. I am just hoping that my hair grows quickly to resolve this. I have emailed the email address suggested on the website as I would like my money back.

I would say he didn’t take my inspiration photos into account, and the haircut ended up being so much shorter than I wanted. It isn’t a bad haircut, but just not necessarily what I wanted.
