I came during the rush hour and i was stuck in the worst traffic as I was coming from Croydon. I did call to say I was running late but they called back to say they probs won’t be able to fit me in. After explaining I was only 10 mins away now and I’d come from so far the lady agreed to squeeze me in between appointments. She was so quick and done a really good job! Really nice woman! Defo returning x
