The massage was nice and I certainly felt relaxed. The salon was clean and presentable. The therapist was running late due to an earlier client over-running so the salon called me to come in 15 mins later, which was fine, but I also still had to wait 10 mins to be seen (luckily I wasn't in any rush). However, I assume due to the rush/running late, the therapist didn't ask me anything or do a consultation beforehand, nor did she speak to me afterwards so it didn't feel like a very tailored service. I have been here previously where I did receive that level of service though with another therapist, so it might depend on who you get. Either way, unfortunately I was still quite still after the massage.
