As always, great salon, great service. I never request a specific therapist because I've never had a bad experience, they are all great. But Katie saw me today and was lovely, thorough, friendly and professional. Its obvious she is experienced. Plus they are far cheaper than lots of other salons without compromising on service or great products. Very pleased, highly recommend.

The most awful experience I have ever had! I asked for blond highlights got ginger hair! I then went back to get it corrected and they made me platinum blond! Had to go to toni and guy to fix it! Never go to this salon, i saw the reviews and ignored them naively thinking you could not mess up a half head of highlights.
