The salon was short-staffed, which meant my appointment took far longer than what was reflected when booking on Treatwell.
In addition, the shellac varnish used was of a poor quality and has chipped after one day.

I didn’t realise that they salon was not doing blow dries so leaving with wet hair was not ideal - also meant I couldn’t see what my haircut looked like dry
