Customer service was not good. I wasn't made to feel welcome. When I arrived for my appointment (full head of highlights), I was told (incorrectly) that I was 25 minutes late and because I had thick hair, they wouldn't be able to do a full head of highlights. I had to show a confirmation text and email to prove that I was on time. They said they only had time for a half head and would refund me the difference (16 pounds when I had paid 123 for a full head of highlights). The highlights are ok.
