First thing I said when I came in is I’m only looking for a small trim to neaten up the edge and I came out with around 3-4 inches off. I felt not listened to. I’ve been doing everything I can to grow my hair and now it’s back to the same length it was 2 years ago, just felt gutted after that my hair was gone and that is wasn’t a ‘small trim’ like I’d asked
