Although Lana was very nice and talkative, I am not happy with the finish. I have been going to the salon for 5 years and have always had a good experience. I asked for volume and I left the salon with the flattest hair. It also took 2 hours to finish a cut and blow dry. I am normally in and out in less than an hour. I will not be coming back.

Awful service and awful blow dry would not recommend. No one in the salon knew where things were and appointment overran by half an hour.
