Absolutely fantastic experience with the wonderful Kenny! I had the Yuko hair straightening treatment done and my hair looks wonderful! All the staff at the salon were extremely welcoming and I will definitely be back to get more treatments/services. Thank you again Kenny!

Rushed and hostile environment! I had a wet cut. I wasn’t given confidence that I was understood in the briefing. The hair wash was so fast I thought my hair had just been made wet rather than washed.
There was significant confusion half way through which left me feeling uncomfortable. Kenny was then quite brusk with me. When finished, I was upset and Kenny started shouting that the style was the result of my precious cut. I started crying which was humiliating. I would avoid!
