Had to wait 25 mins for my appointment to start. The lady assigned to my appointment never showed so had someone that was clearly not a hairdresser was then asked to pay £5 extra for tongs when I had booked a curly blow dry... don't waste your time.

Left my dye on for far too long. When I asked for my eyebrows to be ‘not too dark, she made them almost black’. She also got black dye in my hair.
