I am really disappointed with this treatment - I had emailed the salon to avoid a review however they have chosen to ignore this. It's a shame, as I had a wax with another beautician and it was great, however after this one I will not be returning. I came away covered in wax, covered in wax burns, I pointed out a massive patch (half my under leg) that had been missed to which she replied 'I did it'. Coming home, I had to scrub the wax off my legs, put cream on the burns and shave the remainder.
