I have had many waxes at Chameleon before which were great, but this one was the worst I’ve had sadly. Very slow, not very thorough and I have to say I’m disappointed. The website said it was 25min appointment and it took over an hour and was poor.

The appointment was booked with Lauren but ended up with a different stylist. Ended up with hair at completely different lengths, no style at all, massive layers boarding on a mullet and an incredibly odd experience. Not going to return
