I took my 10 year old for a haircut, she wanted a pixie bob and Hugh did a superb job. She said it's the best haircut she ever had. We'll definitely be back.

Cold and not understanding in the slightest when I missed my appointment and kept the full payment. I was simply asking to reschedule, not for a refund. She’s lost what could have been a loyal, monthly returning customer.

Would not recommend. Hair was left very brassy and patchy. Went back to get it fixed the next day and still left with patchy hair. Lots of breakage and hair damaged. Went to another hairdressers to get it fixed and they were shocked with how my hair looked. Called to ask for a refund as my hair is now damaged and had to pay even more money to get it fixed. Got hung up on twice and was advised the hairdresser would call me back and never did. Do not book here
